避免食用到被喷射农药的何首乌叶子,可先用盐水浸泡一会,才用净水清洗。
Tips
Soak the Her Shou Wu’s leaves in salt water for couple of minutes and wash with clear water to remove any chemicals and dirts.



材料:何首乌叶子20片、嫩豆腐1盒、虾仁20只、蒜头2颗 (剁碎)、葱丝、姜丝。
调味料:豆鼓适量、糖少许

Ingredients: 20 pieces He Shou Wu’s leaves, 1 box fresh Bean Curd, 20 nos. Shrimps, 2 cloves Garlic (chopped), Shallot (shredded), Ginger (shredded).
Seasoning: Black Soy Bean, Sugar

作法

  1. 虾仁先用豆鼓及少许白糖腌妥。
  2. 起锅热油,用中火煎香豆腐后,取出备用。
  3. 将蒜、葱丝及姜丝一齐加入爆香,再倒入腌妥的虾仁拌炒,加清水熬出味。
  4. 将煎豆腐回锅,加入何首乌叶焖煮微干即可上桌。

Methods

  1. Marinate the shrimps with black soy bean and sugar.
  2. Fry the bean curb in medium heat oil until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. Sauté the shredded garlic, shallot and ginger until fragrant, add in (1) and stir-fry to mix, add in water, bring to boil until fragrant.
  4. Add in (2) and He Shou Wu’s leaves, simmer in low heat. Remove from wok when gravy is thick and serve.
