材料:何首乌叶子20片、嫩豆腐1盒、虾仁20只、蒜头2颗 (剁碎)、葱丝、姜丝。
调味料:豆鼓适量、糖少许
Ingredients: 20 pieces He Shou Wu’s leaves, 1 box fresh Bean Curd, 20 nos. Shrimps, 2 cloves Garlic (chopped), Shallot (shredded), Ginger (shredded).
Seasoning: Black Soy Bean, Sugar
作法
- 虾仁先用豆鼓及少许白糖腌妥。
- 起锅热油,用中火煎香豆腐后,取出备用。
- 将蒜、葱丝及姜丝一齐加入爆香,再倒入腌妥的虾仁拌炒,加清水熬出味。
- 将煎豆腐回锅,加入何首乌叶焖煮微干即可上桌。
Methods
- Marinate the shrimps with black soy bean and sugar.
- Fry the bean curb in medium heat oil until golden brown. Set aside.
- Sauté the shredded garlic, shallot and ginger until fragrant, add in (1) and stir-fry to mix, add in water, bring to boil until fragrant.
- Add in (2) and He Shou Wu’s leaves, simmer in low heat. Remove from wok when gravy is thick and serve.
